Sierra Club campaign launch – close the Nixon Coal Plant – Sevens Gate Taproom

Frustrated by rising energy bills and broken climate promises? We are, too – and we want to do something about it. Sierra Club’s “Clean Energy for Colorado” campaign aims to hold legislators and utilities leaders accountable and close the Nixon Power Plant on schedule.

We need your help! When we all join together and demand better, we can make a difference in our community. Alongside 350 Colorado Springs, we are officially launching this campaign on Tuesday, January 27th from 6-7pm at Seven’s Gate Taproom. We will be there starting at 4pm, so come beforehand and connect with others who also care about the issue – or just enjoy a drink knowing you’re supporting a good cause.
